从盘古开天辟地以来最下头酒店
Everyone should not stay in this hotel. The hardware and facilities are very poor, and it never cleans up. The service attitude is very poor, and the store is illegal, deceiving customers
酒店接线前台，把酒店当它家了，耍大小姐脾气，客人好声好气跟它说话，我们下午5：00以前房间打扫不出来，没其他房间，你退了吧别住了，**，然后说什么我就这个脾气你想投诉就投诉
然后再看看酒店房间如何，原本我订的房间等到下午5：00也入住不了，你们给我调了别的房间，以下图片是房间真是照片
图一，未知液体
图二，这家虽然是新开业可是是老旧硬件，硬件全都是这种
图三，在房间客厅走了一下就黑了
图四，在其他房间走了一下也黑了
图五，酒店走了一下就黑了
酒店说差评随便写我们关系硬，可以，这就是四星级酒店呢

我真的沒住過這麼臟的酒店，怎麼説也是優享會，酒店臟亂差，最重要沒有熱水，怎麼洗漱洗澡？
圖1.馬桶一揭開馬桶圈上都是黃色尿漬
圖2.一開門入口都是紙屑
圖3.洗手枱污漬根本就沒收拾
圖4.屋裡的污漬
圖5.淋浴間污漬臟的要命，其他污漬我就不贅述了
圖7.一進門上一個入住客人的拖鞋包裝也沒扔
徹底失望和前台簡單提起，反饋是下次來給我升級房型，我以微笑回覆，不在多言。
我根本不會在來第二次，還需要你給我升級房型嗎？

1，外觀：首頁門頭照片借位，實際沒那麼大
2，衞生：額，空有掛了一個高檔型的招牌，實際房間內衞生情況一般，一點都不乾淨，牆角不乾淨，枕頭上甚至還有毛髮（彎曲的）！
3，隔音：隔音條件極差，隔壁房間小孩嗚哇亂叫，聲音很大，過道內人員往來時，噪音較大
4，管理：因為隔壁小孩嗚哇亂叫給前台打電話，額，無果。

體驗超級差！我覺得非旺季三百多在包頭應該住的比較不錯了，結果體驗超級差！房間設施陳舊，洗手水龍頭和淋浴噴頭都很難用！而且，淋浴沒熱水！大晚上的給我換房間。換房前後網絡都超級差，微信視頻都打不了那種。早餐非常少，下午茶也就是擺擺樣子，真垃圾，再也不會來了！
